MACRO Industries, a leading aerospace and defense composites company, is seeking a Machine Operator. The successful candidate will support the production team by assembling parts and operating machinery as instructed by the plant manager. 

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Set up and operate machinery.
  • Perform material handling functions, including loading material.
  • Measure completed work pieces to verify conformance.
  • Read work orders to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, or dimensions and tolerances.
  • Maintain shop, tools, and other equipment.
  • Able to complete tasks without constant supervision.
  • May perform other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. 
  • 1-2 years of machine operator experience.
  • Prior manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to run manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day.
